Social skills : On the basis of my different job experiences I have acquired the will to work in a professional way and to discover new kinds of food and new ways how to prepare food.
Working in big companies meant for me to learn a lot and made me aware of the responsibility that I can take.
Since five years I have now managed kitchens, the store, suppliers and staff and used everything what I have learned until now.
I opened my B&B, called Albachiara in 2003 with the support of my family. In that way, I created the base of my future and I realized my dream. After seven years, I am proud and satisfied concerning this project.
To get to know and to work with different people is a positive experience for me. It’s my profession to let the guests enjoy their free time and to give them a comfortable feeling.
Furthermore I am an open-minded person who enjoys to work in a team and to grow an idea in a group, besides this I like to be serious and professional in my job life and to develop it in the best way possible. Moreover I am able to work under stress because I am a calm person and I can solve problems in every situation.
Professional expectations: I´m interested to learn more about new or different ways to organise kitchens and prepare food.
My wish would be to work for an important Hotel where I can learn still a lot for my future and where I can contribute to the success of the restaurant with my experience and high motivation.
